Unity Care NW provides affordable primary medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services for children and adults. Unity Care NW accepts Washington Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare, and most private insurance plans. For those who do not have insurance or who have high deductibles or copays, we offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program that can reduce the cost of care.
